I downloaded some freeware

I downloaded some freeware at FormatFactory, it’s a video converter program. Now I have no idea how to open and install the download. Any ideas?
It came downloaded in a folder. I originally opened it as a zip file, but that left me with a lot of parts and no explanation on how to install.
