I downloaded the Online Safety Shield program for free. Decided I didn’t like it and went into the Add/Remove Programs and uninstalled it. Now I have 3 exe files that keep trying to open and my anti-virus program keeps picking them up. I think b/c they r backdoor programs. I can find the files if I do a search but for some reason it won’t let me delete them. How do I get rid of them? I am running Windows XP and the three files are muzkey.exe, oss.exe, uninst.exe.
