Where can I find truly free music download software online?

How to convert Itunes videos to Zune (with FREE software)?

YES, I have tried Tunebite [have to buy to actually convert to the right Zune format], I’ve tried Switch sound converter, and I’ve tried Cucusoft video Zune converter, none of these work. Can someone PLEASE help me find an actual converter that is truly free and doesn’t have a goddamn watermark across the entire viewing screen?
