I already have searched many different sites, sifted through hundreds of pages, and have downloaded and tried a number of different timers and none of them do what I need them to do.

So, I am looking for someone to recommend a specific timer rather than suggest places or sites to look.
The problem is that the descriptions on the freeware sites are often vague… they will say the timer can cout down or up (as separate functions), but none specifically highlight the #1 feature that I am looking for.

What I am looking for is a free, downloadable countdown timer with two specific features:

1. The timer has to count down to zero then CONTINUE to count up.
2. The timer needs to be resizable.

Any recommendations of a specific timer (and where I can download it) would be appreciated.
